- Is it necessary to register and what does it cost?
Registering as member lets you save your selected photographers to your favourites, submit feedback and subscribe to our newsletter and blog. HELK offers free registration and the use of a search engine facility.
- How can I find suitable service providers?
Our search engine is very easy to use, different filters (etc. wedding photography, aerial photography) help you find exactly what you are looking for. To make it more specific, different keywords can be used. Click here for list of keywords. Provider details such as contact details, phone number, experience etc. can be found on the results page by clicking on provider profiles.
- What to do if I cannot find a suitable provider?
We are committed to our customers and therefore update our database regularly. Please leave a feedback to let us know which provider/service/field you could not find and we will do our best to update it as soon as possible.
- Can I recommend a good photographer to a friend?
Absolutely! When you find a photographer, who made your dreams come true, then you can click on any social media icon on the service providers profile to share it with others.

- Why should I become a member of HELK community?
Becoming a member and creating a profile is free for all service providers. Creating a profile widens your client base and opportunities for teamwork. It does not matter whether you are only starting out or you are well established professional, it is always beneficial to advertise your services and add to your clientele.
- How does the search engine work?
The search results are created using the keywords entered the search engine. A list of keywords can be found here, or you can add your own keywords to your profile.
- Can I choose more than one county/area/country of operation?
Absolutely! When creating, your profile add a tick into the box called ’willing to travel’ and include the areas/counties/countries. If possible, create this part of your profile in English so potential clients from outside Estonia can reach you.
- Can I delete the feedback I am not happy with?
Unfortunately, users other than administrator are not able to delete the bad feedback. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a problem with feedback given.
